• Unless otherwise stated, all cards listed on our website are Near Mint (NM) or better.
• Condition grades such as NM, LP, EX, HP follow international TCG standards.
• Product images are for reference only. Actual cards may show minor factory imperfections such as slight whitening or print dots.
Authenticity Guarantee
• All items sold in our store are 100% authentic Pokémon TCG products.
• We do not sell fake cards, proxies, or unauthorized reproductions.
• Graded cards (PSA/CGC/BGS) are guaranteed authentic and come in their original slabs.
Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Pre-order items will ship on or after the official release date shown on the product page.
• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order may be held and shipped together unless otherwise requested.
Shipping Policy
• We offer worldwide shipping through trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, and local postal services.
• Tracking numbers will be provided once the package is dispatched.
• Delivery times vary by destination and customs procedures.
• Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and local regulations required by their country.
Refunds & Returns
Trading Cards (Singles / Boxes / Packs)
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, we do not accept returns or refunds except in the following situations:
• Wrong item received.
• Item severely damaged during shipping (must provide clear photos + unboxing video).
We do NOT accept returns for:
• Minor cosmetic imperfections (light whitening, print lines, factory defects).
• Opened products (e.g., booster boxes, packs).
• “No-hit” or “not satisfied with pulls” from sealed products.
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
Order Cancellation
• Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking shows “Delivered”, the package is considered successfully delivered.
• We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
• For lost items in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim. We can assist when possible, but cannot guarantee reimbursement.
Pre-Order Terms
• Pre-order release dates are determined by the manufacturer and may be delayed.
• All pre-orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable, except when the item becomes unavailable.
