1. Processing Time

  • In-stock items: 1–3 business days

  • Pre-orders: Ship on or after release date
    Processing may take longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship using reliable carriers such as:

  • NZ Post / China Post / USPS / DHL / FedEx (depending on region)

Tracking numbers will be provided once shipped.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Weight

  • Shipping method selected

4. Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • VAT/GST

  • Any import-related fees

We cannot change customs values or mark packages as gifts.

5. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs

  • Carriers

  • Weather

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
