Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. All Pokémon cards and sealed products sold through our store are considered final sale due to the collectible nature of trading cards.
Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Final Sale – No Returns

All products (including single cards, sealed products, graded cards, and accessories) are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


2. Pre-Order Cancellation Fee (10%)

Pre-order cancellations will incur a 10% processing fee of the total order value.

This fee covers:

  • Payment processing charges

  • Inventory reservation

  • Administrative cost

You may cancel a pre-order before it ships. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We will review your claim and may offer a replacement or partial refund depending on stock availability.


4. Order Cancellation (Non-Pre-order Items)

For in-stock items, cancellations are not accepted once payment is confirmed.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
For lost-in-transit parcels, we will assist you in submitting a claim with the shipping carrier.


6. Card Condition Policy

All conditions (Near Mint, Lightly Played, etc.) follow marketplace and industry standards.
Minor factory imperfections such as print lines or off-centering are not considered defects.


7. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Any false claims, unauthorized chargebacks, or fraudulent disputes will result in:

  • Permanent account closure

  • Reporting to relevant platforms and payment processors
